And when i turn my eyes to SupportAssistOS it and diagnose it everything is checked out as okay and no further problems found. And when i try to reset it it showed in greyed form that it's not available for this computer. Plz advise and help as i am in desperate situation.

If you just got this laptop and it's under warranty, send the requested PM to Dell-Cares with your info (Service Tag, name, address, email address, etc) and let them take care of this issue. Don't post any of that info in this thread.

In meanwhile, open BIOS setup and look at the Boot Sequence.  Windows Boot Manager should be first on that list. If not, make it so, save the change and exit setup and let PC try boot itself automatically.

You can try uninstalling Support Assist and then reinstall it to fix the “SupportAssist not working” issue. To do this, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open the Settings application and open the Apps part.

Step 2: Now, find Dell SupportAssist and uninstall it.

Step 3: Once the uninstall is completed, restart the system and then reinstall the latest version of Dell SupportAssist from the Internet.
