Text Issues with video player interfaces

Hi,

I have a Dell Insp. 15.6” Touch Screen Intel Core i3. Sometimes when I use video players (such as VLC Media Player, and the Movie player that came with the computer)  the texts in the video player interfaces appears to shake or vibrate. It happens on and off. Usually more when the video player is located on the upper left side of the screen. The vibration happens for a few seconds and sometimes goes away quickly and sometimes last for a while. The video and text in the video have no problems, it is only the text present in the interface but sometimes that seems to move into the totality of the screen for a few seconds. I have tested the screen, video codes and updated everything that I can think of with no luck. Again the issue only takes places once in a while and with the video players but one time it actually occurred when I was using word. I updated word and it went away.
