Thread stuck in device driver
Hi,
I'm using an Inspiron 5447. I kept getting a bluescreen error stating "thread stuck in device driver". After checking the drivers I discovered that the issue was caused by the AMD Radeon R7 M265 display adapter. I've tried troubleshooting and updating the driver but I still got the error. When I uninstalled the driver, windows update would reinstall it back and I would get the bluescreen error. I've even updated the BIOS but it didn't help. Currently, I've disabled the driver. What is the reason I'm facing this issue? My laptop is still covered under POW (Parts Only Warranty). What would be the actions taken by the dell technician to resolve this issue I'm facing?
Thank you.

Hi I am using a dell inspiron 14 3476 with Radeon 520 graphics. I am also encountering thread stuck in device driver blue screen error. I have tried updating bios, clean install back windows 10( yes, I reformated my whole laptop) and updating all driver to the latest, still if I installed the latest driver using the AMD Adrenaline app, after the installation, my laptop would go into the bluescreen. So in the end i have to disable the driver and my laptop will work normal but there are no graphics support. Sometimes heavy tasks get really laggy. Please help me find a solution to this. Thank you.
