Top number keys won't work

Hello.

Recently, I've been experiencing problems with my keyboard

All number keys on the top of my keyboard except 5 and 6 do not work most of the time.

At rare moments, the other keys work fine for a short amount of time, or they work, but they're delayed, and nothing happens when shift is hit [5 and 6 still work fine through all of it.]

I've tried restarting, Ctrl + Win + Alt, Uninstalling my keyboard driver, and they all work for either three minutes, or they don't work at all.
