Thanks for posting.  Apologies again that your system is not performing as expected.

Thanks for sending that video.  According to that, it would appear there is an issue.  

I noticed on a prior response given to you from the agents in your country, that the type of warranty purchased with your system is one where the location where you purchased would need to provide you with warranty service.  Please consult with the reseller you purchased from for additional assistance.  Thanks.

Hmmm, not sure what exact info you consulted. Looks like Dell can become a complicated organization, once its product is sold, lol I thought this piece was on the annual mail-in service, at least for Californians... 

Anyway, back to the ghost touches... A tech assistant upgraded the screen firmware over the web (took Dell about a week after my initial contact by chat). Haven't had the problem for a couple of weeks or so since then, will continue to use, and see if it reoccurs.
