Although my order did not go through, $127.19 was taken by Dell. ($127.19 is the price for mouse.)
Currently the balance of credit is only $74.81.
Do you happen to know below?
1. Why declined? 2. Why was my money taken($127.19) 3. Do you know any e-mail or direct phone number of Trade-in department of Dell?
FYI, customer service was worst. It did not know anything on my issue. It has tossed my issue only to another person or departments. I spent almost 3hours but cannot solve the issue.
