Troubleshooting - Issues not found

There is an Driver error indicator of my laptop, when activating the troubleshooting feature, the response is issue not found, however when selecting the troubleshooting report there it indicates "problem with PnP devices" and instruction is to restart laptop. This I have done numerous times but the issue is not resolved.

Inspiron 5570.

This issue just started when I downloaded the  HP Smart app for a new HP series 8010 series printer

What is the exact model number of your system and is this a problem that has just come up lately? Have you added any new hardware or peripheral or made changes with new drivers? This page may help.
