Turbo boosting Dell with AMD
Hello community!
I recently (last week) bought Dell inspiron 15 5575 with amd ryzen 5 2500U vega 8
How can i turboboost cpu (base clock 2.0 ghz said to be capable upto 3.6ghz in dell description) safely as already my laptop overheats even while using chrome.
What is the method for turboboosting and does it void the warranty?

The CPU speed is set by the system load - it's not manually adjustable. The system cannot run at full speed all the time.

But while running intense applications like battlefield 3 cpu is topping at not even 2 ghz creating a bottleneck for vega 8 graphics giving just 12 fps at low settings.I think it is too bad for a 2017 laptop to give such a bad performance to a 2013 game which runs well on my 2003 dell desktop with geforce 310

Notebooks - particularly low-end ones like this one -- will always involve some compromise in performance for the sake of cooling and longevity. You've already said the system runs hot - forcing the CPU to run faster will only make that worse (and it'll slow down automatically to save itself from overheating).
This is at best an entry-level gaming system - it's not going to sustain flat-out performance for hours on end.

I know..... the dell pc are because they are so slow and it starts droping the cpu (that dosent even go to full speed when it needs to) from 2.60 t0 1.58 or less. BRUH I HATE DELL
