Two 4K Monitor Display Question
Okay, newb question incoming...I have two 4K Dell monitors: first one has a display resolution of 3840x2160 @ ~30Hz, second 4K Dell monitor has a 2560x1440 display resolution @~60Hz. Both monitors connected via display ports on the Dell Dock WD19. Programs I run are too large for my Dell laptop screen.
Question: How do I get my 2 monitors to be the SAME resolution & rate????
I do a lot of analysis on dynamic images, and I prefer higher refresh rate, but at this point, I'll take anything that will result in having both monitors displaying at same resolution & rate.
Do I actually need a new docking station with bigger graphics card (my IT said my graphics card isn't big enough, but idk if that's in reference to my dock station or my actual Dell laptop)?
Or do I need different cables from my monitors to the docking station??? I'm not sure if I'm asking the right questions, but all my google search results are smacking me in the head as they fly over. So any insight via laymen's terms appreciated.
One Dell Dock WD19
Two Dell UltraSharp 27" 4K USB-C Monitor
Thanks!

You've not told us what system you have -- Inspiron 5511, 3593, etc. And what GPU does it have?
Adding a GPU to a dock is possible only with a system using an alienware graphics amplifier or on a system that has a Thunderbolt port for an external GPU box.

Hi there!
Hmmmm, my laptop is a Dell Latitude 7520 x64-based PC. 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM)i7-1185G7 @ 3.00GHz, 1805 Mh processor. I looked in Task Manager and looks like I have 16GB of GPU.
