USB-C DisplayPort PowerDelivery

Question

Hello All, I would like to confirm some things about USB-C port of my Dell Inspiron 15 5502. Its USB-C port: does not have Thunderbolt 3, right? PowerDelivery means only 5W, which is not sufficient for powering a monitor, right? Do support 4K @ 60hz? Transfer audio together 4K@60 video via DisplayPort adapter?
