Unable to boot

Service Tag: .  Express Service code:   Manufacture date :09/29/2016. Memory Installed: 8192MB. Memory Available: 8077MB. Intell core: i5-7200U

The problem is that when I start my Dell Inspiron 13-5378 (with bios version 1.27.0)it shows the start up Dell logo and then loads and restarts with the same repeating over and over...I've left it like that for about 48 hours straight and nothing happens(using UEFI boot sequence with windows 10)

I've even tried restoring settings in Bios and various other things suggested by the Dell Tech Support. Even re- installing the OS Recovery but...

...I have an outdated OS recovery and even when I attach the USB in which I copied the update... It doesn't seem to be appearing (the option of usb boot) And I've tried inserting my SanDisk in all the ports and restarting but the option doesn't seem to appear.

Apparently, I really need a computer for my work right now and I request you all to please give me your help, I've tried to give as much information as I can and I would love to have my Laptop back and I certainly miss it.

Unless you purchased additional warranty, your laptop is out of warranty.

No one from Dell is going to help.

 

Try to run Dell Diagnostics to get a better idea of the problem.
