I am not sure about the Adaptac RAID. The odd part is that I am getting the error in the Dell Recovery mode. The recovery fails after about 54% . Because of this RAID issue, I am afraid of buying a new NVMe because I am not sure whether its the NVMe causing the issue or the RAID. I don't see this issue anywhere else on the internet.

Do you run any controllers related to Adaptec RAID.
