Web cam quality
I am having Dell Inspiron 13 5000 model laptop & quality of the webcam during calls is not good, Clarity of the video is poor. I have increased the brightness to Max (64). Nothing worked out.
Can anyone help me in resolving it..

the laptop webcam is terrible

1) either get an external webcam Logitech c920
2) or use your phone instead.

As per the troubleshooting done by our phone support team, no hardware issue was detected in the system and the system is working as per design.
