Wireless Driver is not working
Hey!
I have Dell Laptop.Inspiron 15 3542.Last week i reinstall windows.Now wifi and bluetooth is not working .I download and install the drivers from dell support and drivers but wireless card is not working i am very disappointed .Please guide how i can fix this problem.

If you click on Control Panel/Device Manager/Network Adapters does the WiFi adapter show up and is it enabled? And are you sure that you are not in airplane mode?
Also when you reinstalled Windows, did you also install all the drivers required such as chipset?
