Wireless controller faulty

My new laptop -bought in August clearly has a faulty network/wireless card. Ten days ago, I was told by someone at Dell´s support to download the latest version of this card from Dell´s own website which I did. But the internet (wifi) keeps disconnecting, being slow and sometimes it simply disappears ( it does not let me connect). Other computers in the household work fine. I need a definite solution to this as I am a free lancer writer/copy editor and my laptop is my work tool. I am not calling Dell´s computer support again! They charge for the call and I already know what the problem is. I have messaged Dell on Twitter and so has my husband. I am writing here in the hope of getting an answer and a solution. European warrant clearly state I am entitled to a replacement if this laptop came faulty from factory which it did because the wireless disconnection has happened from the beginning.

I also recommend you delete your public post as that contain your system service tag and other viewers could misuse it.
