Works great...when it doesnt crash
Note: this was originally meant to be a review of the Inspiron 5502 however I have passed the review period and am unable to do so.
Short Review: Computer works amazingly well. It is snappy and capable for most students, especially engineering students but is not too great for creatives as its graphical power is lacking as it only has an integrated graphics unit (albeit one of the best available currently). However the computer frequently crashes which results in a BSOD with error "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION" look at Jason's review for reference as it seems like he has the same problem too.
Now, before I start I must get one thing out of the way. This laptop is in fact an amazing piece of engineering. It is snappy and has the strength to overcome heavy workloads too, it also looks nice while doing it with its metal body that feels cold to the touch. It is also very well built in terms of the overall construction of the device with little flex unless you were actively trying to destroy this beauty of a machine. I use this computer for all my day to day tasks such as doing school work as an engineering student as well as being more than capable of playing some games with its pretty good integrated graphics chip. So now you are probably wondering why with all these great qualities in mind I would still give this beast a one star. Well, the problem with this machine at least for me are the instability issues with this device. Before I started using this computer I had never once seen the words “DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION" on my screen, but after being 'supported' as well as having to reinstall windows two times only for a grand total of nothing being resolved later have I decided to write this review. Yes, I have tried installing the latest drivers and firmware and the works. No, it has not changed a thing. Had I known that these problems were not going to 'just fix themselves with an update' I would have returned this in a heartbeat. There is nothing more frustrating than losing your day's work because of "the computer just decided to stop working". I honestly would rather take my old crappy laptop that would crash if I ran too many apps at the same time back since it at least I knew exactly how much it takes to push it too far. With this piece of work, it crashes from just about anything. Pushing it too hard? No crash. Doing NOTHING? Crash. In a lecture call using maybe 12% of the processing power? Crash. Playing a game at max? No crash. See? This type of unpredictability is what caused my rosy eyed love for this computer to be washed out with blinding white hot rage as it flashes that frowny face as the screen turns blue and the message reads "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION".
Safe to say I am not pleased with this at all. I have tried running chkdsk and all the hardware checks so this at least according to the device itself is not a hardware problem.

I think only thing you can do is a clean install (if possible) as some of the files of OS might have corrupted
