The Dell Feature Enhancement Pack is riddled with bugs and notoriously unstable, but sadly it is necessary for Onscreen Display of volume controls etc.
To disable a particular option within it, you need to go to Control Panel, choose "Uninstall a Program", select "Dell Feature Enhancement Pack" and then click "Change". The installer for the Enhancement Pack will launch and you can alter the options. The option you want is to disable "Power plans and Battery" and this should fix the erroneous message appearing. I had that message too, it doesn't matter whether your battery is genuine Dell or cheap Chinese fake, the message will still appear every so often, always when you are on AC power, which is pretty crazy.
Who knows why anyone would suggest to turn off the Windows smartscreen filter!!
Dell does not sell on Amazon or any other marketplace site with many private resellers. Check the marketplace listing again to see the name of the actual seller under the Sold by and Shipped by info.
Don't waste any time to report this to the actual seller and the marketplace. You have a very limited time to return.
I already have contacted Dell Support, but still now, no solution. I bought a brand new Laptop and the only thing I have done is, I have formatted the ssd new and did a new install of Win10 including driver, because of all the bloatware. Device Manager shows no warnings.
The battery message pop up directly after press power button. The battery is not charged because of that.
What a pity that Dell seems not know the problem... I think is because they do not record the problems of their Customer or don't solve because of too much comercial people...

If the system was purchased direct from Dell, call Customer Support and request a refund or replacement.
If the system was purchased anywhere else, contact the seller for the same.

and the other thing is: My ServiceTag is not registered at Dell Homepage, so first it was really difficult to find support option. Really crazy
