battery drain on shut down laptop
Inspiron 7370, battery drain on shut down laptop, all drivers up to date, hardware diagnostic normal.
Windows 10 Home.
i try to disable the fast startup, reinstall the batteries ACPI driver, uncheck allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option. but the issue cannot fix.

After 5 years you need to replace a battery, which is very common for any brand.

My battery look like so good.
And the dell battery diagnostics test, battery health current is 80%.
So i think this is no battery issue.

After I tried to change some settings and shutdown methods, it now seems normal.
Anyway, I will observe for a few days.

When i used command : shutdown /s all is normal.
battery will not drain on shutting down.
but i don't know which action fix it.

Kindly advise and share the setting that has apply to system. I have the same issue .
