battery issue
I have inspiration 5559 model. my laptop battery gets discharge within 2 min and it doesn't take more than 4 min to fully charge. do I need to replace my battery or is it bios/driver problem?.
is it okay if I keep plugged in all the time?.

If you have never replaced the original battery, it is almost dead and can completely fail soon. You can and should use the adapter all the time. When the battery is completely dead or if it is swollen, remove it immediately and use the adapter alone. Do not buy a replacement battery unless it is from Dell or Dell Parts. Lots of scams online with used and so called "new" batteries.

Thank you Mary for satisfying reply. one more thing my adapter plug in pin was perfect before but since battery issue occured it seems bit lose. so what do I do with that. ?. do I need to replace adapter as well?. is it gonna make battery damage?.
