Sorry for not getting back sooner!!!
First thing to do is create a new folder on your desktop named "BIOS"
Then download BIOS file.
Dell Inspiron 7386, 7586, and 7786 System BIOS:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=cy4jv&oscode=wt64a&productcode=inspiron-13-7386-2-in-1-laptop
Then copy and paste the file to the folder you just created.
Closeout all pages that are open and go to that folder.
Right click on that file and run as "Administrator"
