controls over the cooling and performance modes

Hey guys,

I just got a new Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7620. Coming from an Acer Nitro 5 I am used to having a control panel over the performance mode and the cooling mode.

I haven't found anything like that on my Inspiron and I was wondering if there was an App that I need to install or if I haven#t found it yet.
