To get this information you need to log on to support, enter your model number and most importantly Enter your Service Tag Number.

That will open all the hardware information on your Particular notebook,  The download section will have all your drivers and Dell Software.

Yes but due to a dark screen of death I can’t connect to the internet on my Pc. When I reset it all drivers and win 10 was wiped. (Could also have been the new hard drive never had it in the root directory, I had a hard drive replaced) I need to make a usb flash drive and use a copy of Windows to reload it. I do not know how to down load the drivers to a usb???How can I do this from the dell sight!

You click on download and browse to your USB select it to download too.

You new hard drive would be RAW with no data on it until you install Windows MCT tool allow it to create a USB install media.

If you don't have a recovery drive created before your hard drive failed you won't be able to Reset You'll have to Clean Install Windows 10

@stevenator

You can download the drivers to any computer then copy them to a USB drive.

Do you have your "Recovery Media" or are you going to install a fresh copy of W10 without all the Dell bloatware???

Again to better assist you, the members and I would need the exact model number of your laptop/desktop???

@stevie wonder

Create a "New Folder" on the desktop named "Drivers"

Download all the drivers needed then copy/cut and paste them to the folder "Drivers" you just created.

Copy the folder to your USB drive.

Then take the USB drive to the laptop and install the needed drivers.

If that is to difficult then just download and install the WiFi drivers.

Then connect to the internet and let Microsoft updates install as many drivers as it can.

Your choice,

U2

EDIT:

Again what is the exact model number of your laptop?????

I am using a different laptop. It won't let me download the drivers because they are for an inspiron 7540 not a xps 15-7590 .Also will the drivers be listed under downloads once I down load them? I can easily make the folders but getting the drivers into it and then onto the flash drive is proving difficult.I have  dell premium warranty cann the man who now owns the computer call the dell techs for support? and will they even send a tech out for a software issue if I can't get the downloads of the drivers I need?

I can find the drivers for the inspiron but can't download them to my xps to transfer to usb drive....they won't download incompatable and there seems to be no way to directly download to the usb. My inspiron is totally dead with no drivers or win 10. I still need to figure out how to get the drives to a usb to get them on the inspiron. This still must be done. Will the dell tech come and fix as I have premium support?

What is the model number of the laptop you need drivers for???

It does not matter what laptop/desktop you download the drivers too.

Best regards and good luck,

U2
