That code means a failed fan or fan sensor in the system. Could you please post the complete model number of your system? If under warranty then call Dell Tech Support. If not I need the model number to refer you to the service manual and parts source.
Have you tried to update your BIOS? If so and the problem persists then you have to replace the CPU fan assembly. Following is the service manual for your system. One question, is the laptop under warranty? If so contact Dell Tech Support in your region.
