having wifi problem on my dell 5570

i bought inspiron 5570 from a year and haveing a wifi problem i can't solve it

it's from the first day and i can't stand it anymore

all the time i have the internet up and down

when i test the internet in fast.com i get the have of my speed and it's up and down until it get 1Mbit only

when i make (ping -t 192.168.1.1) i get some packet loss

i just create some searches on the internet and found many users having same issue

i don't have smartbyte on windows and i installed all latest patches of my drivers
