high performance mode not working
Dell G15 5511
I have a g15 5511 windows 11 series. I wanted to use high performance mode but not able to on using f9 key, called service center they told its a keyboard issue,replaced keyboard but still not working
No Events found!

when we pess f9 it should open alienware hight performance and fan should start but not able to

Hi,
maybe a stupid question, but did you try to press the FN Key + F9 ?
I recently had a problem with my Latitude where i had to press F4 and F8, nothing happened until i realized, that these specific keys were coloured same like the fn key.... The combination worked!
