@Roshanzak  Use a free application called Autohotkey. It can do all sorts of very powerful things, but one of those is the ability to set specific key combinations to trigger specific keyboard commands. Here is an example of a config file that would give you media keys. If you want to use a different key combination, check Autohotkey’s documentation to see what characters correspond to which keys. Once you’ve got what you want, just remember to make sure Autohotkey loads your config file at startup.
