inspiron 3505 issues
Dear team,
The dell inspiron 3505 is facing the following issues for most of its users:
1) It hangs every now and then for 10-15 seconds without much usage. Sometimes it even gets switched off automatically. Even after updating the drivers, the same problem persists.
2) There is a sound cracking issue in almost all the models.
3) Many of the users are facing some heating issues.
Most of the people who have purchased this laptop are facing the same issues, you can check the comments section of flipkart and amazon.
i would request you to help me solve these issue and give proper support and assistance for the same. DELL is popular for its service and customer care and i expect the same support for my laptop as well.

If the laptop purchased is in return time limit, return it. I'm suffering from the same problems but not that much.

it's been just 4 days I'm using inspiron 3505 and experience below 4 issues constantly.
1. Mouse Point/Cursor Freezes.
2. Sound distortion/Crackling.
3. Audio-Video Out of Sync.
4 WiFi often Disconnects.
I've seen a lot of comments on E-Commerce websites and as I'm one of them, I believe these four problem persists with every inspiron 3505.

Any solution for this? I replace wireless card 2 times and motherboard as well still same 4 problem.
