intel vPro boot loop with usb\ unable to boot from external media
Context:
multiple systems Latitude 7330 & 9430 with new generation intel vPro with newest version bios flashed from manufacturer refuses to boot with media plugged into usb port or usb-c dock. System enters a boot loop, unable to enter bios\ F12 boot selection menu\ or continue with automated boot settings even refusing to boot from internal drive.
Goal
boot from usb to install custom OS image
Attempted solutions:
disable secure boot
disable microsoft UEFI CA
boot mode set to Audit mode
storage AHCI from RAID
fastboot set to through
and obviously Enable USB ports and USB boot support are enabled
and multiple combinations of the above have been tried. Any and all Support or insight would be amazing im at a loss. I'm convinced its an intel issue with their new hardware security on chip but it's ridiculous.
