maximizing and minimizing flickering window

Hi,

My laptop is going crazy, like it's flickering. When a window is opened, it starts to maximize and minimize like a flicker, it constantly prompts to press F11.

The flicker happens only when I open a window, but the laptop screen is okay.

I already did a FACTORY RESET but nothing happened. 

Please help.
