Yes you can. If you don't have the NVMe drive now, though - - open the system to check to make sure you have the required mounting hardware. Most often, if you don't get the M.2 drive from the factory, you need at least a screw and bracket to mount a drive - the screw is standard, but the bracket will have to be ordered from Dell.

The system will easily take a 512 G NVMe drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.
