problem with batteryless performance

hello I have a dell inspiron 14 3000 series, and recently the battery stopped working then the computer only works with the charger, but I have seen a great decline in performance and I have seen computers that work normal without battery that I could do so that this work well without battery?

Yes you can run without a battery

It should not degrade performance but it should stable the performance.

This way the battery and charger are not wasting CPU time trying to charge a non-functioning battery.
