problem with mcafee
While ordering my laptop inspiron, I added the service McAfee 36 months as extra but oddly I got the laptop but the service is not there. McAfee tells me that I only have the trial version. Can someone help me here? thank you in advance

Even with a trial version, you need to register for it to be set up but it is only good for one year.. If you ordered the software as an add on, there may be some other step you need to take to make it permanent. To verify, you should be able to enter your Service Tag and see the original configuration to make sure the McAfee is included.
Do not expose your Service Tag in any forum.
