stopcode: 'Video scheduler internal error' - blue screen crash when using skype - DELL - Inspiron 15 5593
I have 6 week old Inspiron 15 5593 which is running Win 10 Ver 1903 Build 18363.900
I had the above error during a Skype 8 way video conference which gave a loud screech until I did a forced close down. On restart the error appeared again as soon as Skype restarted but this time with no Screech whilst Win gathered info. When 100% I had to do a forced restart after which it behaved OK.
Any help to find any solutions to this appreciated

Have you gone online and updated Windows 10?

Win 10 was auto updated a few days before to Ver 1903 Build 18363.900
I have since created recovery media using https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DGcWddE6c4c&linkId=92403406
The following day when starting the device it immediately went into pre-boot diagnostics and after running all checks it still came back with no errors.
It has worked normally for 2 days since
