switchable graphic processor

Hello all,

I have Dell inspiron N 4050, running windows 7 Ultimate 64x,

I have two graphic cards Intel and AMD the problem is the option (select graphic processor based on applications needs) is not working (in Catalyst control center), I put several programs such as windows media player in power>switchable graphic>recent applications and other applications and assigned them to high performance but when I run them nothing will change, I have downloaded drivers from Dell support
Any suggestions ??

Another question I downloaded an audio driver for the same laptop from Dell support but when I install it the in-line mic will not work, what's wrong ??
