the setup program failed to install one or more device drivers

Hello. I have a Processor :Intel(R) Core(TM)i3-7130U CPU @ 2.70 GHz  Ram: 8.00 GB (7.87 usable) system: 64-bit, x-64 Intel(R) Graphics 620  my problem is : that when intel said by the automatic driver support program that i needed a update for intel(R)graphics 620 and Replace it with this  Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers(sorry for big letters) i started the program to install it normal but then after i restart my laptop a error ' the setup program failed to install one or more devices ' appeared in my screen  i try every fix i could think of like re-install all the graphics 620 and install the new ones that did not fix the problems.

Have a look at this Intel Page as it describes the DCH drivers changeover. Having said that are you going to the Dell support page for your system or Intel? Dell always recommends using the drivers for your system on the Dell support page.

The thing is it doesn't said how to change from Intel(R) Graphics 620  to Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers.  I have this update in my Drivers update but it fails every time I do it
