usb device not recognized
hello
i have dell inspiron 15 3000 and i have face a proplem that the usb mouse not working sometimes give me usb device not recognized and sometimes the laser light work but the mouse not workink.
the same mouse works like perfectly in anyother device.
can somebody give me asolution.
