I have a dell Inspiron 14 7400 11th gen laptop a small drop of water fall on the keyboard( i button key)and it gon inside is this create any problem

It can, but given that the keyboard isn't separately replaceable, as long as there are no current issues, leave it as is. Worst case is that eventually the key stops working -- in which case you'll need to replace the upper chassis assembly (keyboard-palmrest-touchpad). It's probably not worth doing that until you have an issue, as it requires a complete system teardown.
