Alienware x17 R2
I tried to turn on High Performance mode by shortcut (Fn+F1), but it is not working. The only way I can enable it is by changing the thermal in AWCC.

Be sure that you did not disable fn multi-media control by pressing fn + Esc to re-enable them. Then test fn + F1.
