Quota Path not completely visible on Storage Quotas & Usage page
After upgrade to 7.2.0.2 the column for the quota path is verry narrow, as a result the quota path is not full displayed in the overview screen. The table don´t scale and it is not possible to Change the size of the cullomns or hide it.
Any idea, how the customer can get useable overview about the configured quotas in this OneFS version?

have you tried "define quota display" right under create a storage quota --> nevermind. does not work like I thought it would.
try the cli
you could also define quotareports and take a look on them in an external tool.

... not an option if you have limited the access to the WebUI for an Helpdesk, they can manage the quotas in the WebUI but have no knowledge about CLI

couldn't they just filter the quotas by "search for specific quota within this report"

Give the customer a free InsightIQ license as "fix"....

Hello JoZi ,
I have done a little digging and this feature is working as intended. That is not to say it's working well or even that it's working in the most usable way for the customer, but as intended. Utilizing the Quota reporting within InsightIQ may be an option for you for viewing information about your Quotas; however, this does not achieve what you are looking for in terms of administering the them.
My recommendation would be to file a request for enhancement (RFE) to have the column re-size functionality considered for usability in a future release of OneFS.

Hello Katie,
how can I apply a RFE ... is there a link, a Outlook form etc.?

Hello Joerg,
An RFE is filed through the local account team for project management. Most often, the account SE will have this information.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you!

Katie,
In OneFS 6.5 i was able to click browse if i wanted to limit quota view to specific directory, i don't see that option in 7.1.1.4. I have to manually enter the path of the directory where i want to limit the results to. Is that by design ?

Hello dynamox,
Based on the testing I have done, this does appear to be an intentional design change starting in OneFS 7.0 after the complete WebUI rebuild; that being said, I have reached out to the project manager for the OneFS Web Administration Interface to confirm. I will let you know if I receive an update.

Thank you Katie, i would love to hear why they thought that removing that option was a better design/usability decision.

Hello All,
While I have not gotten a concrete answer about this, this design change in the WebUI was intentional to fit the new form layout. As I had originally told JoZi, it would be best to file an enhancement request with your EMC account team to get this type of usability change considered for a new release of OneFS.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
