1420 getting heated up

I own a Inspiron 1420 with GFORCE8400M GS for the last 18 months.... I play warcraft (DOTA) a lot

Till last week it was working fine...but now its getting heated up and power gets turned off automatically

I installed speedfan to chk the temperature and the processor temp sometimes reaches 84c when i game

While watching movies and browsing its normal....at around 48-52 c

Can anyone plz guide me what Iam supposed to do???

Thanks in advance

First thing to do is check to make sure there isn't a coating of dust insulating the heat sink from doing its job.
