Please try the below mentioned steps before we proceed any further and let us know if that changes anything.
Please shut down the computer and Disconnect external peripherals ( Like Printers , scanners , USB media/ HDD , optical media ) including battery and press and hold power button for a minute which will release the flea power. And if the error repeats after doing this step then please contact the Out of Warranty repairs team on 1-800-288-4410(US only).
