AMD Display driver stopped working and recovered successfully. (WINDOWS 10 BUG)

I am using a dell inpiron 15r 7520 se.

My config is
Intel core i5 3230m CPU@2.6 GHz
Ram 8.0 GB
Graphics card AMD Radeon HD 7730m
HDD 750 GB sata
Operating system Windows 10 single language 64 bit architecture

I have upgraded my system from windows 8.1 to windows 10 when microsoft have released win 10.
however i didnt had any problem with my Intel+AMD switchble GPU at first. Every software/games was running fine but after recent major update from windows 10 i am unable to use my amd display driver. My laptop was encountering random BLUE SCREEN ERROR with such error messages like "THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER" or "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" . after that i have completely unistalled both amd and intel display driver and reinstalled the drivers from Dell website, that did not helped. Then i reinstalled windows 10 and reinstalled all the drivers, i am not getting any more blue screen but my display driver is still not working. I have also tried increasing my TDR value from registry editor. i have performed full diagnostic check from bios as well to confirm that this is not an hardware issue.
