ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5740 Crash

Hi, I have Dell Inspiron N5010 with windows 7 64bit and display crash so much that its becoming very difficult. My system spacs are. Dell Inspiron N5010 4GB Ram Bios A10 ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5740 1 GB Dedicated Driver version 8.742.0.0, 6-1-2010 I bought this laptop three months back and tired my level best but ending up here. VGA crash to much. System freezes so many times and resume after few mins. I have upto dated windows and all latest drivers from Dell but no luck. Please tell me if there is a solution available or should I take it to service center which I don't want because they will keep it for day or two and I can't do that as I use laptop for my all works.
