Alienware 15 upgrade to windows 10 and can't recognize the earphone
Hello,
I got my new Alienware 15 today, and upgrade the OS to Windows 10 immediately. Everything seemed OK, until I found the computer can not recognize any of my earphones (neither New earpods nor AKG Q460). The only device that can recognize is the speakers, what can I do to solve this problem (without return to windows 8.1)?

just had the same problem on my brand new Alienware 15. here is how i fixed it.
go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Creative\Sound Blaster Recon3Di\Drivers" and run setup.exe it worked for me. good luck :)
