If none of troubleshooting steps fix the BIOS:

I suggest downloading /saving BIOS file (version 6 or 8) onto another computer, download it to a flash drive and then update BIOS to your computer. Please follow steps in link below.

Thanks so much LSUFAN51. I followed all your solutions. I tried to remove battery and older version of BIOS. All are fine now. I thought I ruined my laptop. Without you, I can't make it.
