Alienware M15x Throttling Issue / keyboard and touchpad issues...... HELP!!!

So I am having a major throttling issue with my gpu. (gtx 260m)

 

I did 3dmark06 benchmark with idle cpu and got

10695 which is perfectly normal.

 

i ran it again while running prime 95 (100% cpu usage) and got

4700... ..... that is far less than half....

 

i checked with gpu z and the core clock was set at 200 and 300 something mhz....... .......

 

when playing major games, i experience random lagging because of this..

 

I called Dellienware, and the rep told me that they dont actually expect both hardwares to run at 100% each... i thought this was supposed to be a gaming system..... and this is a MAJOR change in benchmark scores...

 

am i the only one with this issue??? does anyone know how to fix the problem??? i am hearing that there might be next bios update...

seems like the problem is that, this nvidia card requires 75 watt, but dell only supplies 65 watt through the mobo. it seems reasonable that it is the power shortage....

 

 

ALSO

 

 

on the battery mode, my keyboard will not work. When i type things in the normal pace, it will just randomly miss letters. when i plug it into the power, it works fine. am i the only with this issue???

 

AND

 

my touchpad lags when i use it... its like having a low fps in games. they break and just lags... it is up to a point where i can barely use it... it is far worse than i can imagine. i am not exaggerating.

 

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS????

 

if u work for support, please help me!!!! i thought i got a premium system....
