Audio Popping

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5555 AMD A8 R5 Radeon Graphics with Realtek High Definition Audio Card and latley i've been experiencing of audio popping when im listening to songs and watching something, i don't know the cause of all this.

I've tried all already, downloaded DPS software, and my latency is around 1,000u always, and the problem started a couple of days ago, like a 5 or 6 and don't know the source of the problem, can somebody help me please? I would appreciate it.

PS: Don't mind my english, i don't speak the language.
