Available Bluetooth driver not working for Dell Vostro 1088 (2009 edition) _Windows 7

Hello,

Since, the time I have bought this laptop I am struggling with the bluetooth driver. I am running windows 7 sp1 in it. And the available bluetooth driver, on the official website, is not working properly. Also I am trying to pair my bluetooth headset, and that is also not pairing.

Please help.
