Newer versions of the BIOS contain all updates prior to the date they are released. The current release is version A32. There are instructions in a text file when you extract (or load) this program on your hard drive. I suggest following these.
although with a 5100 you'll still need to flash to a22 before applying future updates -- and unfortunately that update has to be done with a floppy or a CD (it's safer that way anyway)
or has something changed in that regard?

Also I got a number problem. I just found out that 1 of the memory doesnt work. I remember when I am rebooting my laptop it says on the screen 256 of ram. Now i only have 127 ram. Anything you can do to help me. I think my laptop is falling a part. this succkss.
