Hi shashikharbas

I’d be glad to assist you regarding the same, I appreciate that you’ve tried a couple of troubleshooting steps. As you were able to perform diagnostics which confirmed no issues and also were able to update the BIOS as the computer is able to boot but we still need to check the hard drive for any errors, please try performing a custom scan on the hard drive and let us know if that passes the test.

1. Please shut down the computer, remove all the components connected to the computer (including battery) and as nothing’s connected to the computer, press and hold power button for about a minute, which will release the flea power.
2. Restart the computer and tap F12 at the startup.
3. Select Diagnostics
4. The ePSA starts running the quick test without waiting for user input
5. To select a specific device to test, you can tap the Esc key.
6. Under the list of components click on icon hard drive and complete running the test.

Please complete the test and capture any error message and reply us with your findings.
